Depeche Mode: Precious

Precious and fragile things
Need special handling
My God what have we done to you

We always tried to share
The tenderest of care
Now look what we have put you through

Things get damaged
Things get broken I thought we'd managed
But words left unspoken
Left us so brittle
There was so little left to give

Angels with silver wings
Shouldn't know suffering
I wish I could take the pain for you

If God has a master plan
That only he understands
I hope it's your eyes He's seeing through

Things get damaged
Things get broken
I thought we'd managed
But words left unspoken
Left us so brittle
There was so little left to give

I pray you'll learn to trust
Have faith in both of us
And keep room in your hearts for two

Things get damaged
Things get broken
I thought we'd managed
But words left unspoken
Left us so brittle

Alchemy in Art Part 2

The Annunciation

The Universal Spiritual energies are attracted by the purified vehicle. The energy streams down from the divine to be channelled through the dove representing the spirit as it enters the Virgin’s head. The higher spiritual energies are focused in the Pituitary gland. The purified vehicle, as the Virgin, wears the disk of the Shahasrara chakra. The angel also wears the disk of the Shahasrara along with the Anja Chakra.

Notice the birds in the upper left corner. They represent the spiritual mediators between heaven and earth. Notice also the peacock in the upper right side. In the inner experience, when the astral energies reveal their colors, it is the peacock's tail. When all the colors fuse into one light, it is the light of the illumination.

ALL ABOUT ME?

(ME) Where does God end and man begin?
when is it really ever about "ME"?

(jgadbois74) Alright, while there is some debate that God may be manifestinghimself as individuals just to pass some time and have some company, youcan't deny that we each have an individual self awareness. Moments when this self awareness are transcended are few and far betewen.

Mostmystics seek the ability to experience the dissolution of the self while retaining consciousness, right? (really, is that right? I don'tknow)

So ME is inevitable. It's all about ME. Even the desire to mergewith divine consciousness is the desire to merge ME with it. And if it's not about ME for you, it doesn't REALLY matter.Because it's all really about... Me.

(me)No you are wrong.

"Most mystics> seek the ability to experience the dissolution of the self while> retaining consciousness, right?"

NO this is "black magick" so to speak....Its like making love with acondom. You're either giving yourself or you arent. As my wise girlfriend says "you're not half pregnant or just a little bit pregnant, you are pregnant or you arent!"....You either giveyourself to the divine..wholly or you do not!...

yesthere are mystics that seek to retain the self....these are socalled "black magic/k" or left hand path or simply evil mystics...It is NEVER about "ME"...it is about "ALL"...You're eithergiving...or you're just "pretending"You are God...in the sense that you are a part of God..sure...but tomake the self as important or more important than the ALL/God....is blasphemy......

"And with this ring I wed thee trueAnd with this ring I wed thee now"
---the smashing pumpkins

> > So the goal of a mystic is to be dissolved into the all? There is no > intention of returning, sort of to bring Kether into MAlkuth, or more > kether I guess, or something like that...> > What do they think is going to happen when they succeed?> Does one stumble on a successful mystic sitting in a puddle of their > own drool and urine because they've given their sense of self > completely to the all?>

kether is already in malkuth.....
kether is closer to malkuth than it is to binah

12. Into blinding darkness enter those who worship the unmanifest and into still greater darkness those who take delight in the manifest.

13. Different indeed they declare what results from the manifest and distinct they say what comes out of the unmanifest. This is what we heard from the wise who explained these truths to us.

14. He who understands both the manifest and the unmanifest together, crosses death through the unmanifest and attains immortality through the manifest.
The ISa Upanishad.

Thus we see that the manifest is as important as the unmanifest. To say that the manifest is evil is merely POLARITY. To take it literally is to state that FORM is superflous and unimportant. Thus why even incarnate at all? Why not shoot yourself in the head and ease your suffering and make yourself incorporeal QUICKER? (http://hinduwebsite.com/isa.htm

This is the declaration of the ultimate truth, the utterance that one is indeed God himself that comes of out the experience of the union of self with God and the experience that all is one. --commentary on verse 12-16 of the ISa Upanishad)

"All matter is from your mind and through meditation you get past the material and achieve the great perfection.

" Indeed ALL are one there is no manifest OR unmanifest(I forget the Gnostic terms I was discussing these terms this very saturday). There just IS. Is God Sophia? Is God "the tetragrammaton"? YES

the # 4 IS the FIRST Number To "ADD" To 10 (Malkuth)
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10;)
and The # 5 in Hebrew Numeration = 5 (The Number of Man ) or the 4 Elements + the Quint~Essence! (or that Most Popular STAR of 5 points in Many Traditions)

5 = 6 As 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15

and 1 + 5 = 6 (6=tiffereth"harmonious/beauty)

For Those Who Just Look At the Letters of Hebrew

Which I'll explicate on Later in Much More Detail and Regards to Malkuth!
For Now>>>>
Malkuth IS
MEM = 40Lamed = 30kaph = 20Vav = 6Tav = 400
So Malkuth = # 496 in Addition of the Hebrew Numerations>
Which When Added Together = 496

496 = 10 (malkuth)

4 + 9 + 6 = 19 = 1 + 9 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1

This Refers to the Axiom that Kether IS In Malkuth> And Malkuth IS in Kether>>>But of a Different(or Other)Manner.

One Might Also Look at the # 496 As the "Combination of the 4th/6th And 10 Saphires/Sephira)

NOTE ALSO<> That The Number 496 = 4 + 15!

In the Sefer Yetzirah kaplan discusses Oroboros..does he not....the end is the beginning is the end..... he states 2 polar opposites...lets say kether and malkuth.....lets call them past(kether) future(malkuth).....now if these were 2 imaginary points...polar opposites..that stretch out for infinity in opposite dirtections...

kaplan states they reach a point of infinity...and eventually come back upon them selves...and meet..(this is modern maths.....pardon my ignorance I'm just saying what kaplan said).....thus the end is the beginning is the end......

Indeed some forms of kabbalah teach that kether is closer to malkuth than it is to chockmah....... this fits in nicely with many ideas such a hindu and buddhist thought that states the end is indeed the beginning.....we can also see this in western esoteric thought....

the divine trinity of creation destruction and redemtion.....which is the same as the Rosicrucian trinity of

"Ex Deo nascimur.
In Jesu Morimur
Per Spiritum Sanctum reviviscimus."

We are born in God...we die in Christ and are reborn in the Holy SPirit.......

so creation destruction redemption is again much like the kabbalist (and many others) idea of a return to a better state.....the end is the beginning is the end....

this also fits in with 1 modern alternative to the standard big bang idea that states such as I have said above....creation....destruction...creation...an endless cycle....

The end is the beginning is the end....

Day 24 (October 26th 2005)

Ok...so this 1st month is a failure. I need to get down to it. I have created a version of my CD without instructions..or LESS.

Things to do:

READ: Essene texts.. Gareth Knight Text..and Golden Dawn Text.

Meditate..at least once a day...after all what is 30 to 60 mins a day?

Expand Job search...ask cousin about contacts...

CHange my internal clock: get up earlier...I got up early today..it was suprisingly easy once I had a shower...although some OJ would have been good!

2000 US troops DEAD

The Marching Song Of The Covert Battalions
by Billy Bragg

Here we are, seeking out the Reds
Trying to keep the communists in order
Just remember when you're sleeping in your beds
They're only two days drive from the Texas border

How can a country large as ours
Be scared of such a threat
Well if they won't work for us
They're against us you can bet
They may be sovereign countries
But you folks at home forget
That they all want what we've got
But they don't know it yet

We're making the world safe for capitalism

Here we come with our candy and our guns
And our corporate muscle marches in behind us
For freedom's just another world for nothing left to sell

And if you want narcotics we can get you those as well
We help the multi-nationals
When they cry out protect us
The locals scream and shout a bit
But we don't let that affect us
We're here to lend a helping hand
In case they don't elect us
How dare they buy our products
Yet still they don't respect us

We're making the world safe for capitalism

If you thought the army
Was here protecting people like yourself
I've some news for you
We're here to defend wealth
Away with nuns and bishops
The Good Lord will help those that help themselves
I've some news for you
We're here to defend wealth

We're making the world safe for capitalism

On the Occasion of the 2,000th U.S. Troop Death in Iraq, Gold Star and Military Families Mourn and Speak Out: “Bring Them Home Now”: FAMILIES AVAILABLE FOR INTERVIEWAvailable for Interview: Families of deployed and fallen soldiers from Iraq War

NATIONWIDE – On the eve of the next horrific milestone, the 2,000th troop death in Iraq, families with loved ones who are serving in Iraq, families whose loved ones were killed in Iraq and families whose loved ones may deploy or re-deploy are calling on the Bush Administration, Congress and decision-makers at all levels to honor the fallen and prevent future deaths by ending the occupation of Iraq, bringing our troops home now and taking care of them when they get here.

These families, members of Military Families Speak Out (MFSO) and of Gold Star Families for Peace (GSFP), are asking local, state, and national politicians to speak out against the U.S. occupation of Iraq. Two and one-half years after the war began, the violence continues to escalate, with almost three U.S. servicemen and women (on average) dying each day, along with countless Iraqi children, women and men.

2,000 dead? Who cares?
Why is the country so oblivious to the Iraq war's casualties?
By Mark Benjamin

Sometime soon the war in Iraq will claim the life of the 2,000th GI, a gut-wrenching milestone in the bloodiest conflict for the U.S. since Vietnam. Reports of deaths, particularly recently, have been coming in at a frightening clip. On Oct. 6, six Marines were killed by roadside bombs in attacks near Qaim and Karmah, bringing the total of American soldiers who have been killed in Iraq to 1,951.

Vietnam analogies can be dubious or prescient, depending on whom you ask. The 2,000th GI fell in Vietnam sometime during 1965, six years after the first two Americans were killed in a guerrilla attack. The final death count from Vietnam was 58,209.

The causality rate in Iraq may not compare to World War I and World War II, in which, respectively, 116,516 and 405,399 U.S. soldiers were killed. Nevertheless, nearly three years into the war in Iraq, the mounting death toll doesn't seem to register with Americans. If Korea was the Forgotten War, Iraq is invisible.

Military analysts say the outcry over deaths in Iraq is muted because the burden of war falls on a tiny percentage of Americans and their families. Most Americans simply don't have any personal connection to the battlefield.

To be precise, less than 1 percent of 297 million Americans are engaged in active duty military or the reserves, the lowest percentage of the population serving under arms in a century. Some Marines who died in Iraq were on their third tour of duty.

Americans felt other wars. Drafted civilians marched alongside career soldiers. More than 12 percent of Americans were involved in World War II, according to data compiled by Louisiana State University. Over 4 percent of Americans were in the military during Vietnam.

"Fewer Americans are serving, and fewer Americans know people who are serving," says Paul Rieckhoff, an Iraq vet and the executive director of Operation Truth, an advocacy group for veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. "So many people are going about their business without thinking about our soldiers fighting and dying a half a world away. Maybe the 2,000th death will remind people of the human cost of this war, given how few people are really touched by it."

It's not just eerie that fewer Americans feel the burden of war. Politicians no longer have to fear a broad public backlash for waging an unwise and costly conflict. David M. Kennedy, a Pulitzer Prize-winning author and history professor at Stanford University, calls that phenomenon "a standing invitation to military adventurism."

After Vietnam, the military reorganized to restrict politicians from engaging in another unpopular war. In what's called the Abrams Doctrine, after Gen. Creighton Abrams, Pentagon brass backed active-duty fighting units with reserve units, or weekend warriors, for transportation and other logistical support in a big ground war. It was basic politics: The Pentagon figured a president would be reluctant to mobilize waves of weekend warriors from across the American heartland without broad public support. "The logic was to compel the president to carefully evaluate the political price before undertaking a Vietnam-scale military deployment," Kennedy says.

Since then, rapid advancements in military technology have allowed the United States to dispatch an exponentially more lethal, but smaller, all-volunteer force. "What was supposed to be the restraining logic behind the Abrams doctrine has been seriously attenuated," Kennedy says.

In a July 26 opinion piece in the New York Times, "Bring Back the Citizen Soldier," Kennedy argued that compulsory military service would put the American public more in tune with the fate of the GI. "A universal duty to service - perhaps in the form of a lottery, or of compulsory national service with military duty as one option among several - would at least ensure that the civilian and military sectors do not become dangerously separate spheres," he wrote.

The media has also struggled to cover the violence in Iraq. Americans see few images of their own dead in Iraq. Roughly two dozen Western photographers are covering a war in a country the size of California. When photographers do manage to capture images of dead GI's, some editors are reluctant to publish the photographs.

Early this month, 1,000 GI's were days into "Operation Iron Fist" in western Iraq. It was a major operation to cut off insurgents entering Iraq from Syria. Five GI's were dead. The only images on television were clouds of smoke.

Editors who shy away from images of dead Americans may be in tune with their readers or viewers. Horrible as it sounds, a few dead Marines each day just isn't news. Ralph Begleiter, a journalism professor at the University of Delaware, and a former CNN world affairs correspondent, says his students have expressed relatively little interest in war news because of the monotonous pace of casualties. A few soldiers die each day, mostly from roadside bombs. "It is like a drip," Begleiter says. "Two marines killed here, and a chopper down there. It is not really a war, or they don't see it as a war. It is just low-intensity conflict."

The White House and Pentagon have also worked to keep the wounded and dead figuratively and literally in the dark. The Pentagon barred photos of coffins arriving at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware and has scheduled flights of wounded so that they arrive at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland only at night. (Military officials have said both policies have nothing to do with PR considerations.)

"It is kind of out of sight, out of mind," says Begleiter, who used legal pressure to force the Department of Defense to release photographs of coffins at Dover.

Meanwhile, President Bush has yet to attend the funeral of a fallen GI, which would generate significant media coverage. He has met with hundreds of family members of fallen soldiers at military bases across the county, making him arguably the US president most intimately familiar with military families' grief. But those meetings occur only in private. No cameras. No press.

In Iraq, the United States is pushing the military to the limit - maybe beyond. According to the Department of Defense, 1.1 million American service personnel had served in Iraq or Afghanistan (mostly in Iraq) by the end of June. Almost 300,000 of those have now served more than one tour. Some have gone overseas three times.

The Pentagon says 15,000 GI's have been wounded. Half of those, given the severity of their wounds, could not return to duty. But that number is misleading. The statistics, released in Department of Defense "casualty status" reports, only count GI's wounded by the bullets and bombs of the enemy. The reports exclude tens of thousands of soldiers who became ill or were injured in other ways.

The US Transportation Command says that by the end of August, it had evacuated 23,576 GI's from Iraq and Afghanistan for injuries or illnesses that were not directly caused by combat. Stars and Stripes reports that the military hospital in Landstuhl, Germany, treated its 25,000th patient from Iraq or Afghanistan in July, including some civilians and coalition partner soldiers.

The Department of Defense says it excludes sick and injured soldiers from casualty statistics to fit "the common understanding of the average newspaper reader," the Pentagon said in a statement. However, it's a strange twist of logic that if a Humvee rolls over in Baghdad, the Pentagon will count a soldier killed in the wreck as a casualty, while a soldier paralyzed in the same wreck is not included in public casualty reports.

Internet chatter has accused the Department of Defense of similar fuzzy math with respect to the dead. The allegation is that the Department of Defense is hiding the number of soldiers killed in the war by failing to count the deaths of soldiers who die from their wounds after returning to the United States. That appears to be incorrect. By the end of August, the department had listed 64 GI's who died outside Iraq as casualties, according to Iraq Coalition Casualties, which counts department press statements on deaths. "If you die as a result of something that happened to you in theater, we would announce that," says Pentagon spokeswoman Martha Rudd.

In recent months, the antiwar movement has gained momentum with a push from Cindy Sheehan. At the same time, support among Americans for the war in Iraq is at an all-time low. According to a CBS News poll published Oct. 6, only 32 percent of Americans approve of the way Bush has handled the war.

But if we've hit a meaningful tipping point in public opinion, it may be hard to tell. Walter Cronkite is widely credited with turning public opinion against the Vietnam War with a pivotal Feb. 27, 1968, commentary. Cronkite called the war "mired in stalemate" and chided Washington officials for "the silver linings they find in the darkest clouds." But there is no reporter with Cronkite's power now.

"I don't know if there is a magic number that most people will tolerate," says David R. Segal, a military sociology professor at the University of Maryland. "I think what happens is the American people do go through a kind of rough mental calculation of what the costs of the war are and what the benefits are. My sense is that 2,000 is going to be more important, in part because people are now aware that there were no weapons of mass destruction and there was no link to al-Qaida. The reasons for going to war are going away."

American troops are killed at a rate of 60 to 70 a month.

Estimates put Iraqi citizen deaths at between 1,500 to 2,000 a month.

Another 10 Years in Iraq?

By Liz Sidoti, TheAssociated Press
Published: October 19, 2005

WASHINGTON—Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Wednesday refused to rule out the possibility of U.S. troops still serving in Iraq in 10 years or U.S. military force against Syria and Iran.

Rice deferred to the decisions of President Bush and military commanders as members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee pressed her for more specifics on the U.S. strategy in Iraq.

Asked whether the U.S. would have troops in Iraq in five years or 10 years, Rice said: “I think that even to try and speculate on how many years from now there will be a certain number of American forces is not appropriate.”

White House spokesman Scott McClellan also would not rule out the chance of a U.S. troop presence that far in the future.

“In terms of decisions about troop levels, we’ve always said that we will look to our commanders on the ground and they will be the ones who will make decisions based on circumstances on the ground,” McClellan said.

Lawmakers also pressed Rice on strategy for dealing with Iran and Syria, two of Iraq’s neighbors. U.S. officials have accused Syria of allowing foreign fighters to cross into Iraq. The Bush administration contends Iran is supporting the Iraqi insurgency.

Rice said the U.S. was using diplomacy to urge a change in the behavior of Syria and Iran. But she stopped short of ruling out military force. “I’m not going to get into what the president’s options might be,” Rice said. “I don’t think the president ever takes any of his options off the table concerning anything to do with military force.”

Rice sought to reassure jittery lawmakers, who are hearing from constituents weary of the war, that the administration had a plan for helping Iraqis drive out insurgents and build durable, national institutions.

Testifying before the committee for the first time since February, the secretary said the U.S. will follow a model that was successful in Afghanistan. Starting next month, she said, joint diplomatic-military groups will work alongside Iraqis as they train police, set up courts, and help local governments establish essential services.

Lawmakers from both parties asked the kind of questions they said the public wants answers to.

“I’m not looking for a date to get out of Iraq,” said Sen. Joseph Biden of Delaware, the committee’s top Democrat. “But at what point, assuming the strategy works, do you think we’ll be able to see some sign of bringing some American forces home?”

Rice declined to answer directly, choosing to leave an estimate to military commanders. “I don’t want to hazard what I think would be a guess, even if it were an assessment, of when that might be possible,” Rice said.

Later, Sen. Paul Sarbanes, D-Md., told Rice that her response to questions about U.S. troop withdrawal “leads me to draw the conclusion that you’re leaving open the possibility that 10 years from now we will still have military forces in Iraq.”

Rice said on response: “I don’t know how to speculate about what will happen 10 years from now, but I do believe that we are moving on a course on which Iraqi security forces are rather rapidly able to take care of their own security concerns.”

Republican Sens. Chuck Hagel of Nebraska and Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island were among several lawmakers who pressed Rice on U.S. strategy on Iran and Syria. Democrats asked whether the administration was considering military action against those countries and whether the president would circumvent congressional authorization if the White House chose that option.
“I will not say anything that constrains his authority as commander in chief,” Rice said.

The senators’ questioning followed Rice’s earlier remark that Syria and Iran “must decide whether they wish to side with the cause of war or with the cause of peace.”

As Rice spoke, a woman in the second row of spectators shouted “Stop the killing in Iraq.” A police officer motioned her out of the room.
By the State Department’s design, Rice testified just days after Iraq apparently approved its first constitution since a U.S.-led coalition ousted Iraqi President Saddam Hussein in 2003. Her appearance also coincided with the start of Saddam’s trial in Baghdad for a massacre of 150 Iraqis.

McClellan said the trial was “a symbol that the rule of law is returning to Iraq.”
Rice heralded the referendum on the charter as “a landmark” and said the U.S. strategy was moving from a stage of transition to one of preparing a permanent Iraqi government.

She described the administration’s plan as intended to “clear areas from insurgent control, to hold them securely, and to build durable, national Iraqi institutions.”

“Our strategy is to clear, hold, and build,” she said. “The enemy’s strategy is to infect, terrorize, and pull down.”

Alongside Iraq’s allies, she said, the U.S. is working to dismantle the insurgent network and disrupt foreign support for it; maintain security in areas insurgents no longer hold; and build national institutions to support security forces, deliver essential services, bring the rule of law and offer Iraqis the hope for a better economic future.

We're NO one!!!

oral sex is a sin!!!

CREATION SCIENCE BREAKING NEWSOral Sex:

A Dangerous New Trend! If you are living in a defiled marriage, meaning unequally yoked (wedded to a non-Baptist), and your unsaved spouse burns with lustful curiosity about oral sexual gratification, read this important article!

Freehold, Iowa - Creation Science teaches us that a thousand years to human beings is like a light burp to the Lord.

So, it isn't any wonder that God is just now finding out that His most sinful creatures (humans) have become very keen on slithering their tongues like a serpent of Satan into disgusting places on other folks' bodies that they can't reach on their own. Creation Scientists are beginning to believe that the talk around the water coolers in Heaven is that God's creatures on Earth are using their mouths for a lot more than simply eating food and preaching the Gospel. Recent studies in Creation Science show us that oral sex can be extremely dangerous! We know this to be a fact. For those of you young people who have not yet been to Bible College, and are reading this article, "oral sex, " means the placement of a hoochie or a tallywhacker into a human mouth.

Creation research indicates that Satan is using the human tongue to infiltrate the soul by way of the vagina, anus, and hole in the tip of the penis (enormous penises have bigger holes, allowing for a greater number of demons to gain entrance, which is why black men commit so much crime). Creation Scientists have not yet determined exactly how thousands of tiny little demons extract themselves from human semen and vaginal excretions, but they are convinced that the human tongue is being used as their makeshift nest.

"It is on the palette where the devil's minions spawn and reproduce like a swarms of tiny red maggots." says Landover Baptist Creation Scientist, Dr. Jonathan Edwards.

"Once enough of them are bred, an army is assembled. They exit the nesting area and enter the throat. It is at this point, you are infected, and the battle for your soul begins.

Creation research on oral sex was started about a year ago when Pastor Horace Wilkins of Freehold, Iowa, through means his son is now reconciled with, once acquired some of his boy's own semen in the middle of the night, and used a tongue-depressor and a large eye-dropper to splash torrents of the gooey liquid down a bullfrog's gullet. The frog died instantly. As a follow up experiment, Creation Scientist, Dr. Jonathan Edwards tried the same thing on a cat, using a sample of coagulated secretions he found inside of his mother's vagina. The pussy died within fifteen minutes. Our researchers have come a long way since those first two experiments, but these results alone should be enough to raise the hair on the back of your neck and make you think twice about committing oral sex. Oral sex is like playing Russian roulette, but instead of holding a steel gun to your head, you are placing a gun made of skin into your mouth.

For about two thousand years now, married Christian couples didn't think twice about embracing the luxury afforded them in the 13th Chapter of Hebrews, verse 4 ("Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled"), as a free ticket to act like a pair of coked-up San Fernando Valley porn stars whenever they jumped in bed together. Although the Bible clearly gives married couples a license to male on female sodomy, the freedom to bring whips, French maid outfits, clippers, scat play, and in dozens of cases - outright murder!* into the wedding bed, we are beginning to understand, through the miracle of Creation Science that the Lord feels a need to draw the line somewhere. At Landover Baptist, we are honored to be on the cutting edge of Christendom by openly discouraging oral gratification, even among married couples!

A Warning to Unwed Saved Young People:

Christian young people today are just as eager as their ancestors were to partake in the Bible-based sexual revolution that the Apostle Paul affords us in his "if you're married you can be as freaky as you want" quip from Hebrews, but it just might be because of countless generations of pre-marital fornicating recklessness that the good Lord saw fit to poison oral pleasure. The talk outside the prayer closets in Bible Colleges across this country used to be, "if you don't put it in, it ain't no sin." We've all been outside our fair share of prayer closets in our lives, feeling the blood racing, the pulse pounding - believing that we could do anything we wanted but, "it, " to that cute little Elementary Education major with the heavenly ankles. Lord knows, most of us are so skilled by the time we get out of Bible college that we can flip flop a music hall recital nook into a rectal depository and without batting our eyes turn the same den of iniquity into an emergency prayer closet to suit the Lord's will. Well, thanks to modern breakthroughs in Creation Science, we are beginning to understand just a little bit more about what we call, the chemistry of the Lord's will. To put it quite frankly, Creation Science is teaching us that our loving God in Heaven won't think twice about giving Satan permission to assemble a swarm of tiny little soul eating demons on the tip of your tongue for having oral sex! Yes! Even if you are married! So, unwed saved young people, if you value your lives, you need to stop fooling around RIGHT NOW! As True Christians™, it is our sworn duty to do everything in our power to prevent the Lord from getting irritated. So, young ladies need to wipe the semen from their chins and get right with the Lord! And young men, the only crack your nose needs to be in is the open crack of the Holy Bible!

The UN High Commissioner on Human Rights today upheld a French ban on the sport of dwarf-tossing. Spearheading the appeal against the ban was a vertically-challenged Frenchman, Manuel Wackenheim, who lost his job as a professional dwarf when the ban was imposed. This article is not about that. It is however, a brief introduction to the sport of dwarf-tossing.

What is dwarf-tossing? Dwarf-tossing is a rapidly spreading sport that can be played in bars and pubs or anywhere that drunken people gather. Although there are no official rules, there is one main point: to compete with other players to see who can throw a dwarf the furthest.

History of the game:No one knows when the sport of dwarf-tossing started. It was imported into Europe during the 1980s from the United States and Australia. Most likely, this was in an attempt to import American culture to Europe while avoiding hair bands.

Necessary equipment:There is a small amount of necessary equipment before you can start a game of dwarf-tossing. At the least, you must have the following:

One mattress, in good working order without springs sticking out.

Protective clothing and equipment. For the safety of the dwarf, a helmet and padded jacket should be supplied. The jacket should be of sufficient quality to withstand the weight of the dwarf when he is picked up by it. Further, the jacket should have handles sewn into the back of it, to allow the dwarf-thrower to have a proper grip. This enhances the safety of both dwarf and thrower.

A first-aid kit. Just in case a drunken thrower lands a dwarf into the crowds.

One dwarf. Typically he should be willing to participate, although this is left up to the individual rules.

How to play:There is currently no standard for the rules used in dwarf-throwing. The only accepted principals are that the person who throws the dwarf the furthest wins and that all other rules are to be decided before play commences. Rules may also be made to ensure the safety of all involved if non-standard equipment is to be used. Typical rules are similar to:

a dwarf utters any sound in flight or upon impact, the throw is disqualified. Note that you can use a strike system here, similar to tennis, where 2 consecutive disqualified throws will result in forfeiture of the round.

It is strictly forbidden in dwarf-throwing literature and publicity, to refer to dwarfs as 'persons of restricted growth' or 'small people'. a dwarf is to be thrown into a lake or pond, he must be provided a wetsuit and may not have his hands or legs bound.

Making dwarf-tossing a spectator sport:

Dwarf-tossing is naturally an enjoyable sport to watch. There are a number of ways to enhance the sport, however.

Alcohol.
Dwarf-tossing is enhanced by an intoxicated crowd. This not only boosts their enjoyment of the sport, but increases the volume level of the cheering. This, in turn, boosts the intensity of the dwarf-throwers.

Chanting.
Start a chant. This works in the same way as alcohol, although it benefits from alcoholic consumption as well. A sample chant has been included below.

Offer cash or alcoholic prizes.

'Nuff said. A chant for dwarf-tossing:This dwarf is made for tossing, and thats just what he'll do, One of these days this dwarf, is gonna toss all over you..."

BRIXTON (South London Press) – NATURE lovers fear that squirrels could become hooked on crack cocaine plundered from addicts’ hidden stashes.
The furry animals are thought to be behind a new drugs turf war in Brixton - stealing rocks of crack hidden in front gardens.

Tough police action to rid the town centre of dealers and addicts has seen crackheads abandon their usual drug stash hideouts. But the blitz has displaced some dealing into nearby residential streets. Drug addicts are known to be hiding small stashes of crack rocks in people’s front lawns late at night.

Squirrels have been spotted in the same front gardens, seemingly hunting out the buried narcotics. The discovery has led some residents to speculate that the squirrels are already in the grips of addiction.

One resident, who asked for his name to be withheld, told the South London Press, “I was chatting with my neighbour who told me that crack users and dealers sometimes use my front garden to hide bits of their stash. An hour earlier I’d seen a squirrel wandering round the garden, digging in the flowerbeds. It looked like it knew what it was looking for. It was ill-looking and its eyes looked bloodshot but it kept on desperately digging. It was almost as if it was trying to find hidden crack rocks.”

Crack squirrels are a recognised phenomena in the US. They are known to live in parks frequented by addicts in New York and Washington DC. The squirrels have attacked park visitors in their frenzied search for their next fix.
An RSPCA spokesman said he was unaware of the squirrels taking crack in Brixton.

DAY 3

Oh dear...well I didnt meditate last night...I felt it was too late by the time I got around to it. I must work on this...as I need to sleep and get a pattern going.

I meditated this morning. I was tired...it was noticably not as intense...but the white light was visibly more intesne it seemed.

SO I really must keep going..and not stop.

My copy of the Nag Hammadi Library arrived today...geez its a bit thick...oh well....I am still reading the essene related fiction book " the Moon Under Her Feet " which is at least interesting...

This feminist retelling of the conception, birth, life and death of Christ as narrated by Mary Magdalene may cause some uproar in Christian circles. Yeshua (Christ) is born to Almah Mari (the Virgin Mary) after her union in Sacred Marriage at the Temple in Jerusalem with an unblemished man who kills himself as a sacrifice for his people. Later Mari Anath becomes Magdalene, or High Priestess of the Goddess, and assumes co-rule with Jehovah, succeeding Almah Mari. Mari Anath follows Yeshua in the years of his ministry, despite objections from some adherents who call her harlot because they oppose the double worship of the Goddess and Jehovah and the equality of sexes that relationship im plies. But days before the crucifixion, when Yeshua sacrifices himself, he and the Magdalene are united in Sacred Marriage in the Temple before the people. Mari Anath gives birth to Yeshua's daughter Anna after she and Judas (who is The Christos's twin brother and betrays him at his behest in order to fulfill the prophesy) flee to Gaul to make a new life. First novelist Kinstler, a professor of philosophy, mines the literature of myth to make this lyrically written interpretation plausible. She provides notes and a bibliography to buttress much of her tale.

Narrative weaving the biblical account of Mary and Jesus, the Egyptian myth of Isis and Osiris, and the Sumerian story of Inanna and Dumuzi to create an exotic tale of a strong, sensual woman.

More on this when I have finished it....I have to write a book report as part of my essene studies....

Frankly I didnt think all that much of "the Way of the Essenes " it WAS an enjoyable read...yes..I DID want to read on as I was reading it. Further in its defense it DID make me think..I did like the mystical views that were inherant within the pages.....ways of looking at things....and secrets such as the allusion toward rosicrucian and essenic rosarys........

Did it teach me much about the Essenes themselves? yes some.....but I would have liked more..I also would have liked more about Christ....I'd give it a 7/10...

As for my essene lesson 2...well it was long I need to re -read it...it essentially was arguing that the Essenes are not Jewish...but are related....but a re -read is def . required tonight.

DAY 2

8am....

Well got up early for my 2nd middle pillar exercise. I am currently just doing the middle pillar...not the LBRP...as I am waiting till I receive the Middle Pillar Book..as I am not happy with using one from the net.

Using an mp3 of Israel Regardie himself is interesting....I will have to transcribe the cd and memorize though. Chanting is fun also!!! ha

How powerful though..."WHOOSH"....tingly and light headed after both meditations thus far.....I can see ..this is powerful stuff....I havent felt like this after meditations often..on my own....good stuff

Things to do:

1 transcribe and memorize CD

2 See which books on the list I actually own right now, I think some maybe the ashcroft nowicki book..unsure about the othe knight book..I do have the Qabalistic symbolism book

3 use less incense!!!!

4 Learn Psalm 23 by heart

5 Draw middle pillar diagram with G-d names upon it

The KJV is awful so me no use!!!

23:1 A Psalm of David. the Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
23:3 He restoreth my soul; He guideth me in straight paths for His name's sake.
23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Chapter 23
1
1 A psalm of David. 2 The LORD is my shepherd; there is nothing I lack.
2
In green pastures you let me graze; to safe waters you lead me;
3
3 you restore my strength. You guide me along the right path for the sake of your name.
4
4 Even when I walk through a dark valley, I fear no harm for you are at my side; your rod and staff give me courage.
5
5 You set a table before me as my enemies watch; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6
6 Only goodness and love will pursue me all the days of my life; I will dwell in the house of the LORD for years to come.

I think I prefer the 1st (Jewish Publication society) to the latter (New American Standard)Catholic version.

Qabala Study Plan

by Mark Stavish, M.A., FRC, SI

Over the years I have received a great deal of correspondence requesting information on how to go about studying the Qabala. So for those new to esoteric studies, and Qabalistic magic in particular, I have created the following plan of study. It covers about two years to four years of work, and is designed to require the least amount of outlay in books and material by students. Much of the material can also be found online.

Many books exist on magic and qabala, and inclusion here is an endorsement of their contents, exclusion however, in no ways means that other materials are not noteworthy. Experienced practitioners who may read this short outline will immediately recognize many of the titles and why they have been suggested.

First off, the prospective student will need to obtain a copy of each of the following:

Isreal Regardie: The Middle Pillar and The One Year Manual

Gareth Knight: A Practical Guide to Qabalistic Symbolism , Experience of the Inner Worlds . Magic and the Western Mind is optional as it is a short, clean historical survey of the material.

Chic Cicero and Sandra Tabatha Cicero (ed): The Golden Dawn Journal Book II Qabala: Theory and Magic

You can also consider:
John Michael Greer: Paths of Wisdom (in place of A Practical Guide….) and Circles of Power (as an adjunct to Regardie)

Franz Bardon: Initiation into Hermetics can also be acquired at this time, but will be mostly used in year two.

Study Plan

Perform the "Middle Pillar and Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram Exercise" as described by Regardie in The Middle Pillar (or Circles of Power) for one year, at least once a day, preferable twice, once in the morning and once in the evening.

During this year, read the Chapters on the spheres in A Practical Guide going at the rate of about one chapter a month. Meditate on the symbols and ideas suggested, keeping in the same framework with each sphere. If you use a geometric symbol for Kether, than use geometric symbols for each of the remaining levels. When you have meditated on the Tree of Life once this way, you can then change symbols, just stay consistent with your choices.

You may pick one additional exercise for each month from either Initiation into Hermetics, The One Year Manual, or Experience of the Inner Worlds . You are free in this area, but must also stay consistent, as some of the exercises must be done in a particular pattern. The greatest liberty here is with Regardie. Knight and Bardon give exercises that must be done in sets.

For side reading pick an article, or simply read a chapter a month from The Golden Dawn Journal Book II, Qabala: Theory and Magic.

If you follow this plan for one year, spending the greatest amount of time doing the exercises and keeping a daily journal of your experiences, your magical equilibrium will be built up and noticed at the end of twelve months.

At the end of the year you should be familiar with the basic symbolism of the Tree of Life, know by heart the Names in each of the levels, and their basic symbols, colors, etc.

Year Two

If you like, you can then move on to additional exercises involving the Elements and Pathworking.

Here, Bardon (Initiation) and Greer (Circles) will be the main text for exercises, and Knight (A Practical Guide) and/or Greer (Paths) will be the main text for Pathworking information.

Perform the Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP), the Middle Pillar (MP), and perform a meditation on the Path of the month. Spend at least a month on each of the first nine paths. These are the most important in your early development.

As for additional exercises, continue, or start, the program of study outlined by Bardon on the Elements. This will reinforce your grounding and basic understanding of how and why magic works.

You may read volume Book III, of The Golden Dawn Journal, The Art of Hermes at the rate of one article a month.

Several short and effective books that are related can also be added:

Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki, Highways of the Mind - The Art and History of Pathworking, and First Steps in Ritual.

W.E. Butler: Lords of Light, as well as anything else by him will do.

For a better understanding of the psychological effects of magic, A Psychology with a Soul, by Jean Hardy is recommended, as are the works of Piero Ferrucci on Psychosynthesis.

The Next Step
In general, it takes between two to four years of study to get a handle on the basics of ritual, meditation, Pathworking, and the psychology behind magic.

Somewhere between years two and four, additional material regarding planetary magic is usually added to the curriculum.

For those wishing to continue their studies into the realm of planetary, and eventually zodiacal magic, there is sufficient information in Circles of Power (Greer) to lead you in that direction.

Additional information can be obtained from Planetary Magick by Melita Dennings and Phillips. While designed as an extension of their previous three volumes on magic, The Magical Philosophy (I-III), it also stands alone as an adjunct to other magical practices.

As a side note, The Magical Philosophy series is an interesting curriculum in magic on its own, and worth considering. The style is similar to Golden Dawn magic in many ways, but sufficiently different to be studied on it own.

If these books are read, notes taken, ideas synthesized, and most importantly, the exercises done daily and systematically, anyone can and will notice definite positive changes in their body, mind, and soul at the end of one or two years, let alone three or four years of practice.

At the end of year two, you should have a greater sense of the various parts of your being and how they relate and interact with each other, as well as those levels in others people and the world at large. Psychological health will increase, and a sense of peace, stability, and imperturbability should begin to be formed. As stated however, depending on your personal pace, it may take between two to four years to actually internalize this material and develop familiarity and confidence in the exercises. Patience and perseverance are your true tools in this Work.

Always start each period of reflection, meditation, study, or ritual by first invoking your Highest Self by seeing your Crown, or Kether, as a brilliant sphere above your head. Ask that your Higher Self, Holy Guardian Angel, or Master Within infuse you with love, wisdom, and courage to succeed at the Great Work of redemption, the goal of all true magic. See a strand of light penetrate your brain, fill it with light, and continue to your heart, infusing it with a golden brilliance. You may even allow this golden sphere to expand to fill your aura to about four or more feet all around you. Stay there for a minute or two, and then begin the work at hand.

While this appears to be a great deal of material, it is in fact just a narrow band of the Western esoteric stream focusing on magic and qabala. In fact, several other streams exist, including mysticism, theurgy, practical alchemy, and specialized schools of magic. All of the material suggested is limited to the Golden Dawn tradition, and is the most easily available material of its kind today. Any one wishing to truly study and practice magic will find that it does work, and that the materials are only a library, bookstore, or web search away.

If you consciously and earnestly practice, study, and pray, success will be yours. You may even find that at the end of a decade or so, you will have achieved what you are looking for, and can throw your books away. Then, God, and only God, will be your teacher.
Good luck.

Day 1

I have decided to Blog my spitiual developments over the next 2 years....today is a Solar Eclipse...an excellent day to begin a spiritual journey.

Today I shall be undertaking the Middle Pillar exercise for the 1st time

The Middle Pillar Exerciseby: Israel Regardie

It is best to build up the Middle Pillar first. To do this stand up and raise yourself in imagination to your Kether --a brilliant light above your head. Imagine this light descending to Daath, at the nape of your neck, and thence to Tiphareth in your heart where it glows like sunlight and whence it radiates into the other Sephiroth . From Tiphareth the light goes to Yesod in the region of the hips, and thence to Malkuth in which your feet are planted. Having made a clear image of the Middle Pillar, you can then establish the other Sephiroth by vibrating the Deity Names. This can be done as an alternative to the Pentagram Ritual as a preparation for meditation.

1. Imagine yourself standing in the Temple, facing West. The Black Pillar of Severity will be on your right--the White Pillar of Mercy on your left. You will make the Middle Pillar as you stand between them.

2. Imagine now that the Black Pillar is reflected in your right side--the White Pillar in your left.

3. Take a deep breath and raise your consciousness to your Kether above your head and vibrate the Name EHEIEH--which means I am. Imagine the Light flowing down through Daath (at the nape of your neck) to Tiphareth.

4. In the same manner, establish Yesod in the name SHADDAI EL CHAL and Malkuth in the Name ADONAI HAARETZ.

5. Make the Qabalistic Cross to indicate that you have called down the Light of your Kether and balanced it in your aura. Then let your imagination dwell on the aura and see it oval and clear, pulsating with the glow from Tiphareth.

If you are called to see anyone who is ill, who is depressed, or who has a depressing effect on you, you should do this exercise beforehand. In the case of the person who has a depressing effect on you, you may also imagine that your aura is hardened at the edge so that they are unable to penetrate it, and so deplete you of vitality (which is generally what such sensations mean).

In all these practices it is well to remember that 'Strength is in Silence.' If you talk about them, save to your Chief, or if you try to analyse their effects, you will not benefit by them. Try them with simple faith and in silence for a year before rationalising them. It is better at first to keep your aura to yourself, rather than to try to flow out towards others. Unless you are particularly vital and well-balanced, you will only waste energy. So-called modes of healing and of 'doing good to others' should be eschewed for a time. Such methods have a technique of their own and required trained and balanced minds and bodies to carry them out. Get yourself right first before you attempt to interfere with others in any way but the ordinary ways of kindly decent society.

When you have practised the exercise of the Middle Pillar for some time and can visualise it easily, you can establish the other Sephiroth.

I shall also Begin day 1 of my 6 week Essene Course tonight
as seen here
